Official-source notes
QDOBA Nutrition and Allergens
The calculator uses rows extracted from the official QDOBA Nutrition Facts 2026 PDF and saved menu pages. Values can change, and allergy decisions should be verified with official QDOBA materials.
Source files
Local evidence retained
PDFs, extracted text, saved HTML pages, image references, and source manifests are kept under dev-content/ for future review and refresh work.
The extraction keeps missing official values as unavailable. The calculator does not infer missing nutrition values from recipes.
Allergy and cross-contact note
QDOBA restaurants prepare many items in shared environments. A row without a listed allergen code is not a guarantee that cross-contact cannot occur. Consult official QDOBA materials and a qualified professional for allergy or medical decisions.
How this site handles QDOBA nutrition data
The calculator is built from QDOBA source material retained locally for review: official nutrition PDFs, extracted text, saved menu HTML, source manifests, menu image records, and generated calculator data. The source metadata records the official nutrition PDF date as 2026-06-15.
A row can be used directly when a saved menu item has a clear nutrition match. When a customizable menu card has no one-row match, the calculator may use a documented default component estimate. If neither is available, the calculator keeps the value unavailable instead of pretending it is zero.
Allergens, dietary guides, and cross-contact
QDOBA official materials include nutrition, allergen, and dietary preference resources. This site links to those sources because allergy and medical decisions need current official guidance, not only a calculator total.
Shared preparation environments, ingredient substitutions, supplier changes, and local preparation can affect cross-contact risk. A calculator field cannot guarantee that an item is safe for a specific person.
What to do when a value looks wrong
First check whether you are comparing the same item, serving size, default component set, or menu bundle. Then compare against the official QDOBA nutrition page and source PDF. If a correction is needed, include the page URL, item name, field, expected value, and official source.
